Refurbishment of existing property in a special conservation, needing 120 new windows, mainly weight and pulley windows based on our S1 type but customised to match the details of the old windows. Weight and pulley windows to Piccadilly and Old Park Lane elevations were hung chains and were single glazed with 12.8mm sound reducing glass.
Double glazed Fully Reversible C3 windows and E1 Inward Opening windows were fitted to the rear elevation and lightwell.
