An old hotel rebuilt into luxury apartments. Wilbraham Place elevations feature S3 Sliding Sash and hexagonal horizontal pivot windows. All units were glazed with acoustic glass to reduce sound transmission by approximately 37dB.Rear elevation features C3 Fully Reversible windows spanning two
floors. At intersection of floors glazing is black ceramic coated glass with integral insulation.
