This development is part of the Poundbury settlement, founded by HRH Prince of Wales, as an area of architectural importance.
The planning of this area has been centred on high environmental quality with a focus on materials. A number of different casement windows have been used in this project, including some specialised designs. There are also a number of arched softwood screens and doorsets.
