By using high quality, British made ironmongery, Barnsdale doorsets can be supplied with a wide range of standard finishes and options of door furniture, all of which are compatible with a high quality Euro-profile locking system. All of these furniture options can be matched with the furniture finishes.
Handle Types
Allart - There is a range of finest quality hot stamped brass furniture available, in a variety of different finishes. They are based on period originals.
Kirkpatrick - There is also a selection of iron handles, these are cast in a particularly durable whiteheart malleable iron. They are finished by dipping into a liquid paint, and stove dried. This is then followed by the black powder coating process, which is also cured by stoving.
Door Fittings
A selection of traditional door fittings can be chosen to complete any exterior door. These can all be finished in any of the furniture finishes to match other window and door furniture.

Adjustable Door Hinges
Barnsdale doorsets are fitted with high quality adjustable hinges, providing ease of use, high security and good aesthetics.
Barnsdale doorsets come pre-hung on adjustable hinges. The set hinges allow small adjustments vertically, and the guide hinges allow horizontal adjustments only. This allows ease of use whilst maintaining high performance and security. The solid design ensures that the hinges are very durable with minimal maintenance required, including a zero maintenance bearing system. Friction stays are also fitted as an option on many Barnsdale doorsets. These provide increased stability to the hinge system, for smooth operation
