De Vere Gardens is located on the site of the former Thistle Kensington Park and Kensington Palace Hotels and provides 97 luxury apartments in the prestigious Kensington district of London.
The project also aimed to provide residents with amenities for leisure and fitness and other entertainment facilities. These included a pool, spa, family rooms and more.
The development comprises six new buildings and incorporates three retained Victorian façades. Our in-house Design Team designed 484 sets of doors and windows for the project, including dormer doors, entrance doors, sash windows and French doors.
The windows and doors we supplied for De Vere Gardens were all manufactured from FSC® certified Grandis Hardwood and finished with a mix of paint coatings and finishes including; pure white, granite grey, grey brown and black green.
This was the first of 2 projects we worked on with the principal contractor, Sir Robert McAlpine in quick succession. Following the success of De Vere Gardens, we were also utilised to work on Fitzroy Place.
